1. General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between wlndb ("we", "our", "platform") and all its users ("you", "member"). wlndb is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.
In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to particular games or promotional offers are equally binding. In the event of any conflict, these general terms will take precedence.

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Management
3.1 Account Security

If your account credentials fall into someone else's hands or your account is hacked, wlndb will not be held responsible for transactions made during that time — unless it is proven that this occurred due to a fault in our systems.
3.2 Providing Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and any subsequent verification process. Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your name, mobile number, or payment details.
3.3 Account Deactivation
Any member may request to close their account at any time via support chat. If there is a remaining balance, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided before the account is closed. To reactivate a deactivated account, please contact us.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Funds can be deposited to wlndb through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum deposit limits may be set according to specific promotions or account level.
Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits sent from third-party accounts will be declined and returned where possible.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour — wlndb is one of the fastest withdrawal services in Bangladesh.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals will be held until any active wagering requirements have been met.
- If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
- Daily maximum withdrawal limits may be set according to your account's VIP level.
4.3 Transaction Fees
wlndb generally does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own charges, for which wlndb is not responsible.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- The bonus applies only once (on the first deposit).
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.

- Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.
- Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts or false information will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program
The wlndb VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each level:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6. Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Policy
All bets on wlndb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Wins and losses will be determined after the final result of the round or match.
6.2 Technical Issues
If the internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game, the data saved on the game provider's server will be considered final. If a loss occurs due to a technical error, the wlndb support team will review the matter and take appropriate action.
6.3 Sports Betting
For betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (FIFA and other leagues), and other sports, the specific rules of the relevant event will apply. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the applicable refund policy will apply to bets placed.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on wlndb. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity
- Abusing bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage
- Using any cheat software, bots, or automated methods
- Money laundering or engaging in any unlawful financial activity
- Using third-party payment methods to conduct transactions
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform
- Harassing or defrauding other members
8. Responsible Gaming
